PRE TREAMENT

AVOID THE SUN

We recommend avoiding direct sun exposure in general but especially direct sun exposure at least 2 weeks before any skin treatment. Use a physical SPF 30+ everyday.

NO WAXING OR HAIR REMOVAL

Avoid waxing, laser, electrolysis or any hair removal 2 weeks before skin treatments.

AVOID RETINOLS AND ACTIVE INGREDIENTS

Stop the use of retinols or other active products(benzoyl peroxide, AHAs, BHAs etc) 3-5 days prior to treatment.

AVOID BOTOX/FILLERS

No Botox or Fillers at least 2 weeks before treatment.

POST TREAMENT

AVOID SUN AND HEAT

During the first 24hrs avoid sun, hot showers, hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, exercise and alcohol as these can irritate the skin and cause inflammation.

NO WAXING OR HAIR REMOVAL FOR 2 WEEKS

Avoid hair removal for at least 2 weeks post treatment

AVOID ACTIVE INGREDIENTS FO 7-10 DAYS POST TREATMENT

Discontinue use of active ingredients for 7-10 days. Follow after care that your aesthetician has provided.
