Changing Appointment/Cancellations
Every client’s appointment is important to us. That is why a minimum of 24hrs is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment without a fee. If you give notice within less than 24hrs, there will be a fee, which is 50% of the service booked.
No Shows
No shows are not tollerated. If you miss an appointment without prior communication, you will be charged 50% of your service fee at your next appointment.
Late to Appoinment
To respect clients & staff, we ask you to be on time to your appointment. We allow a 15 minute grace period in case you are unexpectedly delayed. After 15 minutes, we may have to shorten your service or reschedule. If we do not have enough time to perform your service, a 50% of service fee will be charged. Please let us know if you are going to be late.
